Modern beach villa in Scala Torregrotta, a small village on the north east coast of Sicily, close to Milazzo. The property, boasting a beautiful seafront location, has direct beach access, a delightful garden with Jacuzzi and two large, well equipped terraces.
Spread over two floors, the villa is furnished with contemporary taste and great attention to detail and is equipped with internet Wi-Fi, Ipod dock station, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
On the ground floor are a bright living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen and a toilet. From the living room a floating staircase leads to the first floor with sloping ceilings, which includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Cala Marina is also a great base for visiting some of Sicily’s most beautiful places such as Tindari, Cefalù, Taormina, Catania, Mount Etna and the Aeolian islands.

- free designer stairs leading upstairs (to the bedrooms) without handrail (difficult for disabled people or small children), adults cannot stand upright everywhere in the bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs

Cala Marina lässt keine Wünsche offen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Ein Highlight ist der große sehr gepflegte Garten mit zahlreichen Sonnenliegen direkt am Meer. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafés fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf einer erhöhten Terrasse im Garten kann man Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und hoffen wiederzukommen.

Dieses Haus hat eine 5 Sterne Rezension verdient.
Wir waren insgesamt zwei Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es sind ausreichend Liegen, Stühle, Schatten und Sonnenplätze zur Verfügung. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist einfach perfekt. Aufstehen, eine Runde durch Milazzo am Strand laufen und dann gleich schwimmen gehen. 200 m vom Appartement ist eine tolle Pizzeria (auch mit Fischen und Meeresfrüchten) und nur 1 Kilometer weiter kann man täglich frischen Fisch oder Muscheln kaufen. Es gibt ausreichend Märkte in der Umgebung.
Auch den Griller haben wir ein paar mal verwendet. (Fischzange etc. ist alles vorhanden)
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch das Geschirr ist neu (da hatten wir schon andere Erlebnisse)
Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und wir haben einfach die Türen offen gelassen und mittels Ventilator die Kühle verteilt. So haben alle gut geschlafen.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die herzlichen Vermieter. Stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge. (Wir waren in Taormina, Milazzo, Messina, Stromboli, Panarea und am Ätna). Alles einfach erreichbar.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! :-)

Excellent location, great garden, clean, good service. Next to the beach, great locations to explore Milazzo and the north coast and for day trips to the island.
The villa was spotless and as described on the website. Bedroom not very dark. In the bathroom the ceiling is a little low. Beach, restaurants, supermarket all nearby. The property owner was Super nice and helpful.
