Former barn which was carefully restored preserving its original architectural features, situated in quiet location on the Chianti hills. This property, offering beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards, comprises 3 apartments all of which tastefully restored.
Distances: Tavarnelle Val di Pesa with all kinds of shops 2 km, San Gimignano 25 km, Florence 30 km, Siena 35 km, Volterra approx. 45 km.
At guests’ disposal: fenced furnished garden and shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 1,40 m – open from 15/05 to 02/10). Parking within the grounds. Baby bed available free of charge.
Extra services: maid service available by arrangement (price to be agreed and paid on the spot). The apartments are provided with air-conditioning. All of the apartments are equipped with washing-machine, iron and private furnished outdoor area.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Lucia et Roberto. Tout était conforme, voir supérieur à nos attentes.
L'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes avec tout leurs conseils et astuces, la magnifique vue depuis la grande piscine, l'appartement très bien équipé et la très belle situation géographique de la villa ont contribué à rendre notre séjour de 7 nuits parfait !
Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite !

Very nice house (I Glicini 2). Everything you need is there. Outside there is a small terrace and a lovely pool. It was very clean and it had a marvellous view.
There are a lot of Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and the region is fantastic!
The owner, Lucia gave us all the information we needed!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Frauen und haben uns eine tolle Woche in diesem Haus gemacht. Es ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen um San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena und Florenz zu besuchen. Der Garten ist gross und schön und die Landschaft ist ein Traum!
Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Besitzer haben sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und uns Vorschläge gemacht, was wir uns ansehen sollten. Z.B.Certaldo Alto, ein mittelalterlicher Ort, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Wir kommen gerne nochmal im Sommer wieder um auch das Schwimmbad zu nutzen.
The villa was outstanding. beautiful location and wonderful appointments. Owner is nearby and CARES. Speaks English and French. as well as Italian. Little town of Tavanelle has great restaurants and services. Only 2 km away. Located just minutes(less than an hour) from major tourist attractions. We grant permission to print all we have stated. Le gîte où nous étions était très confortable et très agréable avec une très belle piscine. Nous avons eu un temps splendide pendant toute la semaine et pu visiter un maximum de choses.
