Ancient barn situated right outside Siena city center (only 3,5 km away). This property has been recently restored and turned into a modern and bright accommodation ideal for a couple or a family of 4 people. Outside guests can enjoy use of a large, well-groomed garden and of a nice furnished pergola ideal for al-fresco dining.
The house interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished with modern-design pieces. The property in fenced-in.
A bus stop (with busses to Siena city center) is approx. 150 meters away.
The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.).
A secondary road connecting Siena to the Chianti region passes a short distance away.

Nous avons passé cinq jours merveilleux chez Chiara, qui a été très disponible et nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le Capannino est l'endroit rêvé pour passer découvrir Sienne et sa région. Situé à seulement trois kilomètres du centre historique, accessible en quelques minutes à peine, il en offre tous les avantages et en évite les inconvénients. La maison est très jolie et confortable, la terrasse, à la fois largement ouverte sur les collines environnantes et protégée du soleil et de la pluie, un vrai bonheur. Je ne pense pas qu'on puisse trouver meilleur hébergement pour qui souhaite profiter à la fois de la vile et de la campagne et accéder en moins d'une heure à Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano ou encore Arezzo. Je le recommande très chaleureusement et sans réserve à tous les amoureux de la Toscane... et remercie encore Chiara de sa gentillesse...

Would like more basic cooking utensils. Furniture is in average condition. Fantastic hot shower and water pressure. Description implied walkable distance to town - definitely not walkable. Chiara was fantastic! Gave wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area and generally made our stay wonderful.

A réserver les yeux fermés ! Tout était parfait ! Mention spéciale à Chiara, notre hôte, qui est absolument aux petits soins avec nous, n'hésitant pas à nous renseigner sur les environs, les bonnes adresses de restaurants, etc ! Un moine d'or ! Et le logement est parfait, fonctionnel, et la literie est absolument géniale ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Belle maison rénovée dans un environnement typique de la Toscane (Olivier Cyprès, ...). Bien équipée.
Super accueil de la part de Chiara qui parle très bien français.
Juste dommage qu'il y ait une route assez passante à proximité (un peu de bruit des voitures lorsqu'on est sur la terrasse).
