Thank you Claudia and Andrea for making our stay in San Gimignano a great experience. This was our first time travelling to Tuscany and it was exactly how you described it in your advertisement. We met many people along our Italy journey, but not like your family. The ambiance in your villa was inviting and comfortable. Your passion for what you do shows in your tasty wines and oils. We will never forget you. Henri, Dina, Paul and Sue :)

This was probably the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed in. It was everything and more than what we expected, the views were amazing and the room was so spacious and had everything you’d need. I miss it already and will be sure to visit again one day. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much!

Excellent séjour dans le logement Vittoriana 4 (1er étage, bâtiment à l’avant du domaine). Appartement spacieux, bien équipé (2 salles d’eau), climatisation, grande terrasse exposée sud. Équipement cuisine raisonnable , linge de lit fourni et drap de bain. Logement propre. La piscine est de bonne taille et bien entretenue, étant présents en début de saison, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement car l’eau était très froide ☺️. Transats en suffisance avec une belle vue. Barbecue disponible . Grand domaine au calme au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Le seul bémol relatif à ce logement est l’accès étroit par un chemin sinueux, très exigu et pentu. L’allée est malgré tout splendide bornée de pins . Les instruction pour arriver jusqu’au domaine sont clairement formulées sur le voucher obtenu après réservation. Vous séjournerez à 7km de San Gimignano et serez entourés de chemins de randonnées variés. 1h de Florence et 45min de Sienne. Frederico est top, TB accueil et très disponible.

Lovely stay - a short drive from San Gimignano and neighbouring wineries and villages. Great host communication for directions, check in and any additional amenities we needed. Pool area and patio was a highlight as well as being able to walk around the olive groves and vineyard.

Wir waren zwei Wochen auf dem Weingut, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle waren sehr freundlich, das einzige war der Weg dort oben hin, viele Schlaglöcher. Man müsste öfter mal Kies auffüllen. Wir können es gut weiter empfehlen und werden sicherlich nochmals wieder kommen.

Incredible place. Loved the whole week. The estate is gorgeous with incredible views and great pool/facilities, bbq area, table tennis, washing room etc. 10 min drive from San gimignano and in the gorgeous countryside of Tuscany. Warning that the road is pretty steep and bumpy. Our fiat panda hire car struggled a bit but was overall fine, just need to take it steady. 10/10 would highly recommend. Hosts were very welcoming also and lots of wine at hand should you desire????

We stayed for 4 days and had fantastic time. The property is very beautiful with great views of San Gimignano. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with great terrace.

Ich empfehle jedem einen Aufenthalt! Es waren für uns unbeschreibliche Tage auf dem Weingut! Claudia und Andrea sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und Federico hat uns wunderbar beim Checkin empfangen. Bucht unbedingt vor Ort eine Weinverkostung mit Tour des Anwesens, das ist ein Muss! Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf San Gimignano nicht mit Worten zu beschreiben. Vielen Dank ans ganze Team, wir hoffen, dass wir einmal wiederkommen können!

The photos don't capture the incredible 360 degree views. The complimentary tour with wine and olive tasting was exceptional. The apartment is rustic, as pictured, but could use a deep cleaning.The 500 cypress tree lined road winding up to the property only adds to the adventure. There was a very bad storm that took out the electricity. Sabrina and Fabrizio did all they could to make sure all the guests were comfortable.

We loved our stay on this beautiful property! So much history, the views were absolutely breathtaking-taking! We participated in the wine tasting tour ; it was so much fun! We had everything we needed, the people on the property were so helpful! Great location, too!

Super villa dans les colines toscanes. Vous séjourenez dans une habitation typique (mur en pierre etc). Vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante (vignes, champ oliviers, ville de San gimignano). La propiété est entourée d'un jardin verdoyant calme et paisible. La piscine est grande et très bien aménagée, la vue y est magnifique également. Nous avons passé quelques jours magiques. La route pour arriver au logement nécessite un bon conducteur mais ajoute qqch au côté typique et rustique de l'endroit. Charmant, je recommande!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt vor Ort, die Lage ist super für etwaige Tagesziele.
Die Unterkunft im EG ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt vielleicht mal einen Anstrich mit Farbe, aber es ist alles funktional das ist das wichtigste.
Ein schöner Pool ist vorhanden in dem man sich es auf den Liegen mit Schirmen ringsum gemütlich machen kann.
Und auch eine Wäschekammer wo kostenlos Waschmittel zur Verfügung steht.
Der Ausblick ist wirklich der Hammer.
Einziger Hacken ist wirklich die Straße dorthin, Anfangs ist sie noch sehr gut befahrbar doch umso näher man dem Ziel kommt wird sie extrem schlecht also ist langsam fahren angesagt sonst sitzt man schnell auf.
Wir hatten ein paar heftige Gewitter und da wurde die Straße teils ausgewaschen was aber schnell wieder ausgebessert wurde.
Herzlichen Dank nochmals an David für die schöne Weinführung, und das Oliven Öl ist wirklich super.
Camilla kümmert sich auch herzlich um die Gäste und versucht alles diese glücklich zu machen.

O local é simplesmente lindo! As vistas são deslumbrantes, nossa estadia foi incrível!

Good location, remote, middle of nowhere. Need car to access. Host is nice and friendly, sometimes she didn't communicate for days, some queries she didn't reply at all. Good flat, clean, no microwave which for me is basic nowadays, no bin in the second property, just one small for the bathroom. No fairy liquid, salt, sugar, coffee the usuals were not there. Only one toilet paper. We had to buy all these. Perfect location, beautiful view, pool amazing. Vine taste was fantastic, David is very friendly. WiFi is weak, didn't cover the whole flat. Major issues were the true bugs, loads of them, killed 15 a day average, left bad smell. Try to get help from host or Posarelli villas, once a spray was left outside the door, second time nothing. This was a major issue for us, it's hard to sleep with that in the back of the mind. Everything else was perfect, we had a nice stay, we'll go again. Good experience. Friendly people. Need a car, off road car even. We got free own made vines

I think this was my best choice ever on airbnb! We love it here, everything was so magical and breathtaling! The rooms, the balcony! The balcony is the top! We had a breakfasts and dinners there every day and We enjoy it till the end! You can see endless wineyards and olive parks right from the window the same as magical San Gimignano, which is the nicest city in Tuscany! We got two perfect wines right after the arrival. We were little bit late, but they were kind to us. We comunicate with the other people working here, all very kind and helpful.

Muy recomendable. La mejor panorámica de san giminiano.mucha naturaleza alrededor, muy tranquilo y David quien administra el lugar fue muy amable junto a Camila quien nos recibió. Los espacios comunes muy amplios. Solo le daría más amor a los departamentos, no estaban bien decorados y eran poco luminosos. Pero bien equipados. Pudimos cocinar sin problemas y usar la parrilla! Un lugar hermoso

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad hier voor vijf dagen. Fijn en schoon zwembad en rustige omgeving. We zijn san gimignano maar één keer in geweest vanwege de vele toeristen. Dus het was vooral lekker boekje lezen bij het zwembad en tot rust komen. Ook omdat de weg naar het verblijf toe erg steil en spannend was soms. Als het donker was deden wij deze toch liever niet. Bij aankomst kregen we een rondleiding en een gratis fles wijn, wat super was en we hebben genoten van de gratis wijn proeverij! Zou het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad bij Vittoriana! Een prachtige plek, mooi op een berg, lekker huisje en heerlijk zwembad.
Ook de wijn, top!
De ontvangst is netjes geregeld door Camilla, fijn als je aankomt na een lange reis, erg flexibel!
De slaapkamers in het huisje blijven koel, door de dikke muren. Overal zijn horren (dat is wel fijn????)
Binnen een uur ben je in Siena, Florence en meerdere andere leuke dorpjes.
Het weggetje omhoog is even wennen (laatste 1,5km), maar dan prima te doen!

The appartement is big. The pool is excellent. The area is very charmant with the olive trees and wine ranks. Only issue: there is no airco and with temperatures above 35 degrees you cannot cool the house down. We could not sleep because of the heath.

We had such an amazing stay , we will definitely come back! The outside area is breathtaking, everything is so beautiful and the pool is a big plus! As a minus would say the interior could look a little better but didn’t bother us so i would recommend.

The villa is in a great location with a stunning view of San Gimignano, a vineyard and olive trees. The pool has a great view too and was very refreshing after a long day of sightseeing and shopping . These units are ideal for families, and or couples. They are basic, clean and are not far from the town. The driveway was a little bumpy but that added to the fun of the vacation.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns in diesen Ort verliebt und in diese Unterkunft. Der Anfahrtsweg ist ein kleines Abenteuer, aber es ist es Wert, dafür was oben auf dich wartet. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen!!! Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt. Der Blick aus dem Küchenfenster ist fantastisch. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und kühlt dich in den heißen Sommertagen ab.

As many write, the way to the place is adventurous (especially if there is a car coming towards you). However, the way is more than worthwhile. The apartment is extremely clean and charmingly furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, for cooking we recommend to buy in advance (everything, including salt). You are surrounded by olive and wine groves. The view (of San Gimignano, among others) is phenomenal. The pool is clean and well-maintained, we were lucky enough to have it often to ourselves. There is the possibility to do laundry (there is a shared laundry room). Camilla is helpful and very warm. We also recommend the free wine tasting with the charismatic David. The products are excellent, David is the cherry on top.

Fantastic view, amazing wine tasting as well as a fascinating tour of the grounds of the Fattoria! The road to get there is not in good condition at all but it’s worth it.

A lovely, well-equipped apartment (spacious, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, reasonable WIFI, laundry room close by) in stunning scenery, close to San Gimignano and other interesting places. You'll need a car and the building is along a track of a couple of kilometers (it's in the middle of a working farm producing wine and olive oil). The surrounding countryside and views are truly beautiful and there is wine tasting on-sight. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso ci ha accolto a pochi chilometri da San Gimignano. Il complesso è davvero molto bello, appartamenti puliti e dotati di tutto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto gli spazi esterni, la possibilità di passeggiare nei paraggi, la degustazione presso la cantina... Ottima esperienza. Camilla è sempre stata disponibile, ci ha atteso al check in anche se eravamo in ritardo causa traffico e ci ha fornito molti consigli per i giorni seguenti. La Toscana non delude davvero mai.

It’s a beautiful place to stay very close to San Gimignano, which is a must see. Everybody was very accommodating and the wine tasting was great.

So, the place is very nice in terms of location and welcoming by the owners of the place. They offer a wine tasting and some bottles of wine upon arrival. Although you should be careful to read the description of the host cause they ask for a cleaning fee and a stay tax which are not included in the price of the rent. Be careful also with the cancellation procedure cause they are not flexible at all if you need to cancel the stay just after having reserved it. The booking is managed by an agency, that's why perhaps flexibility is not necessarily a strong point. There was also a problem with the hot water in the bathroom, it wasn't warm. And when I mentioned it, they said I should put up the level in the heat but it didn't really work very well. Also be careful when reading about the heating. There is an extra charge if you use it a lot. Basically, we were surprised with the amount of extra costs which were not included in the price, but only mentioned in the text. So, when we looked at it on the site it looked like a good price, but after all extra charges, it became less interesting. Also, the house showed on the picture isn't available entirely. In fact, there are three pieces appartements inside, of the house and you will be in one of then. Voilà.

Beautiful and clean apartment with an amazing view and a great pool area. It could've been all perfect if the road up the hill was better. It is so bumpy that we were afraid it would seriously damage our car. We always thought twice about driving up and down. And notice that the pretty high cleaning fee of 50€ is not included on AirBnB.

Bel endroit, idéalement situé pour visiter la toscane. Belle vue et logement très confortable. Logement accessible uniquement par un sentier fortement dégradé en pente un 4x4 ou un SUV est nécessaire pour monter aisément.

Il Piano is a real gem. A quiet vineyard with a few apartments and a small enoteca. We stayed here as a couple for three days on a roadtrip across Italy. The road leading up to the frattotia is really bumpy so you‘ll need to take it very slow. And you might not want to drive back down every single day so bring supplies. The reward however is a view on San Gimignano unlike any other. In case of this apartment right from the kitchen window. The apartment has a spacious and quiet bedroom with a very good and firm bed. The other room is a combined kitchen and living area. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. There are no essentials so you’ll need to bring salt, coffee and stuff. You can use a separate outside dining space (which was not in the best shape) and a large tasting/dining deck. In case you want outdoor space directly adjacent to your apartment, take a look at the other apartments on the property. You’ll be giving up the San Gimignano view though. Being a winery you can do a (free) winetasting with winemaker and afficionado David. An afternoon well spent with great reds, whites, bread and olive oil.

Die Unterkunft Il Piano ist traumhaft schön, umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf San Gimignano. Die kostenlose Weinprobe mit David und seinem Hund ist sehr empfehlenswert. Einziger Manko: der sehr steile, mit Schlaglöchern versehene Anfahrtsweg. Der Ausblick entschädigt aber. Pool ebenfalls sehr schön. Immer wieder gerne! PS: Kein Salz, Pfeffer etc in der Wohnung

Wij hebben heerlijk genoten in appartement Lavanda van Posarelli Villas! Appartement was schoon en personeel vriendelijk. In onze ogen hadden ze wel nog mogen vermelden dat de weg ernaar toe behoorlijk hobbelig en steil kan zijn. Met onze auto geen problemen mee gehad maar voor anderen wellicht goed om op voor te bereiden. Kortom: genoten van het prachtige uitzicht over Toscane en San Gimignano! (Helaas bij ons terras buiten veel last gehad van mosquito’s vanwege de bosjes denken wij, lees: denk daar om!).

A basic appartment but it was very clean and all the essentials are present. The location is perfect. It offers a view over San Gimignano and the vineyards which is magnificent and all the major Tuscan hotspots are within reach (Firenze, Siena, Pisa, ...). The owners are very friendly and the wine tour was intresting and a nice bonus. If you want a relaxing stay in the heart of Tuscany, we can reccomend this appartment.

The location is great and you should definitely get a wine tour & tasting with David if you get the chance. We enjoyed the overall experience, we had everything we needed in the apartment and the communication with Camilla was great. It’s good to know in advance that the road to get there is a bit rough, and that you’ll need adapters for the power sockets for some electronics if you’re from outside Italy (though we did find one in the apartment, so it was cool, enough for what we needed).

L'appartement est située dans un domaine viticole très agréable, au calme. La vue sur San Gimignano est magnifique ! L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour pour découvrir la Toscane.

Das Weingut bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht über die Weinberge und San Gimignano, allerdings muss man mit dem Auto einen ca. 1,5 km langen Schottere hochfahren, der leider schon ziemliche viele Schlaglöcher und Unebenheiten hat. Ein Allrad zahlt sich hier wirklich aus.
In San Gimignano kann man es sich gutgehen lassen, allerdings muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass die Parkplätze nach 11 Uhr vormittags sehr voll sind und es dann leider oft Stau durch den Ort gibt.
Ohne Auto ist es schwer, sich die Gegend genauer anzuschauen, oder auch einzukaufen. Fahrräder, speziell Rennräder, machen hier auch wenig Sinn.

This place is absolutely fantastic if you're looking for peace and quite ... Beautiful views, very nice people and ohhh, best of all they produce some great quality wines ... which you get to taste too :) Would suggest to hire an SUV or something similar to go to this place as roads leading to this wonderful location are a bit bumpy.

Freundlicher Empfang durch Magdalena. Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick. Da gerade die Weinlese begonnen hatte, konnten wir einen kleinen Einblick geniessen. Die Wohnung war sehr grosszügig, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir haben die 11 Tage genossen.

We really loved this place. Such a lovely setting and really relaxing. The apartment suited us well (group of 4 women). Early fall was a perfect time to visit, warm enough to swim, but not too hot. The nearby town of San Gimiginano is lovely. The wine and olive tasting were a really nice extra.

Cet endroit avait carrément un des plus beaux points de vue sur la région. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits et y avons été accueilli chaleureusement. Une visite du vignoble est possible sur demande et les prix sur les vins et huiles d'olive sont réduit pour ceux qui résident sur place. Promenez vous sur le terrain de la villa et n'oubliez pas d'aller prendre un verre en regardant le magnifique paysage surplombant San Giminiano. Un grand merci pour tout

Very nice property, the location is beautiful, but some people may not like to drive the 2km dirt road. The road is well maintained though.
The property itself is old but bathrooms and kitchen are remodeled to modern standards.
The owners were amazing. after noticing in the passport that it was my wife's birthday, the property manager came with a bouquet of flowers. so touching.

Amazing beautiful place, it is peacefully located less than 10mins drive from San Gimigano. We had a great wine tasting and awesome Tuscan views. Wine was very nice, so we bought a few bottles. WiFi didn't really work, but who needs that in such a wonderful place where relaxing and wine drinking is the go! This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. The views were gorgeous. The farm surroundings were peaceful and restful. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. We enjoyed the vineyards, flowers, the pool and the well-kept grounds. We took walks along the farm roads and saw some wonderful views of the area, including of San Gimignano. The apartment was lovely, with traditional farmhouse decor and many comforts. We drove into San Gimignano in the evenings, when the tours had moved on and people were strolling through town, having dinner, listening to music, or indulging in gelato. We recommend this as a great place to thoroughly enjoy Tuscany.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend lungo nella casa vacanze, che rispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione del sito. La posizione della casa è spettacolare sia per la tranquillità e la vista che offre, sia per la vicinanza a bellissimi borghi del Senese. L’appartamento offre tutto quello di cui può necessitare una famiglia.
Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessita’. Un esperto enologo, in villa, ha coinvolto gli ospiti nella visita delle cantine e in una degustazione.

You would definitely need a car to take full advantage of this area! The location is superb and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a wonderful property in a stunning setting just 5min drive from the historical town of San Gimignano. The estate is not in walking distance to anywhere so a car is important, which is the same all over this region. The views and the pool were beautiful. The wine is very good and the cellar is amazing.
We had a great stay and would totally recommend Vittoriana's place to travellers wanting to explore the region...easy access to Chianti, Siena, Florence etc. Great value for money.

Excellent villa for unforgetable hollydays

The owners were very hospitable. The view over the Tuscan hills and San Gimignano was splendid. Good size pool, although the water was still a bit chilly in the beginning of May. Definitely a place to come back to!
