Dieses reizvolle Landgut mit Schwimmbad befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des malerischen, mittelalterlichen Dorfes San Donato in Poggio, zwischen Florenz und Siena. Es besteht aus drei gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen, die komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind. Umgeben von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen haben die Gäste die Möglichkeit, den Chianti Classico Wein sowie hochwertiges, kaltgepresstes Olivenöl zu verkosten und vor Ort zu erwerben. Eingebettet in die grüne Landschaft ist das Landgut dennoch nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Dorf San Donato entfernt, das über hervorragende Restaurants, Pizzerien und diverse Geschäfte verfügt. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nicht asphaltiert, jedoch in gutem Zustand.
Entfernungen: San Donato in Poggio mit Geschäften 500 m, Greve in Chianti 15Km, San Gimignano 18 Km, Florenz 20 Km, Siena 35 Km, Pisa (Flughafen) 95 Km, Arezzo ca. 100 Km, Cortona 140 Km, Rom ca. 300 Km.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: Große Außenbereiche mit ausgestattetem Garten, Schwimmbad (6X12 m- Mindesttiefe 1,2 m – Höchsttiefe 1,4 m – geöffnet vom 01/06 bis 30/09) zur gemeinsamen Benutzung mit Liegestühlen, Lauben, Sonnenschirmen, Tischen und Stühlen. Schöner Park für entspannende Wanderungen bis zu dem See,der auf dem Besitz liegt. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.
Abendessen, und Weinproben der Produkte aus eigener Herstellung (Wein, süßer Wein, Schnaps, Olivenöl) können organisiert werden. Diese Aktivitäten werden in einem schönen, gemeinschaftlichen Saal stattfinden.
San Donato 1 und San Donato 2 können zusammen (für insgesamt 10/14 Personen) dank einigen Verbindungstüren gemietet werden.

Very good venue, lot of space for six persons. Nice pool and nice terrasse area with good large table.
Would have appreciated a coffee machine /regular one. Very difficult to get hot water for dishwashing
We stayed at Donato 2 with two families and we had a very nice time. The apartment is spacious and very nice and the pool is awesome. The only thing that would be desirable is a barbecue facility, but not absolutely necessary. San Donato itself is beautiful and the pizzeria at the Coop is recommended for little money. In San Donato we can recommend both restaurants, very tasty and great location. You can also go hiking very well, right on your doorstep.Gulia is an angel and helps with everything possible. She reserves tables, gives tips for excursions and also has good information about trips to the sea.
De host was heel vriendelijk en prima bereikbaar. San Donato is klein, maar in de omgeving is genoeg te zien. Het zwembad is top. In huis was het 's nachts best warm. De ventilator helpt wel maar maakt weer veel lawaai. Verder is het huis prima ingericht.

Lovely home in a quiet part of the Tuscan countryside. The host was really welcoming and amazing at communicating, recommending us fantastic restaurants, wine tasting and tips for Florence. San Donato is 500m away, and although small, has a couple of good restaurants and bars/cafes. One thing to note that wasn’t clear from the listing is that this is the ground floor of a house.

Der Urlaub war traumhaft, ein wunderschönes Weingut, tolle Lage fussläufig zum Ort. Giulia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir sind begeistert!
Cordialità e disponibilità da parte dell host posto semplicemente incantevole
Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir hatten eine tolle Woche in San Donato. In den Ort kann man zu Fuß gehen. Er ist sehr schön mit seinen alten Steinhäusern. Auch die grossen Städte der Toskana kann man schnell erreichen über die relativ nah gelegene Schnellstraße (Siena-Florenz). Zu empfehlen!

Bon séjour à San Donato. Le village est extrêmement bien situé, ayant en plus des commerces de première nécessité : banque, coop, pain, restos, tabac, pharmacie...
La villa est elle-même très bien située, un peu en retrait du village qui reste accessible à pied, jolie, comme sur les photos, au milieu des oliviers, des vignes et des cigales.. Piscine en pleine campagne avec une vue imprenable... Appartement bien fourni, bonne literie, tout est simple mais arrangé avec gout et très propre. Seul bémol, la terrasse privée de l'appartement san donato 1 est un peu dans le passage et en dessous des fenetres des propriétaires, donc il faut simplement avoir conscience que vous êtes en Agritourisme et par conséquent chez l'habitant. Néanmoins, les propriétaires sont charmants et se montrent aussi discrets que possible. Donc à conseiller !
