Вокруг агритуризма растут виноградники и оливковые рощи, за которыми владельцы фермы ухаживают лично, занимаясь производством вина «Кьянти Классико» и отменного оливкового масла. Частная собственность, на которой располагается агритуризм, утопает в зелени сельской местности, но в то же время, находится в нескольких сотнях метров от деревни Сан-Донато, где вы сможете найти отличные рестораны, пиццерии и различные магазины.
Подъезд к собственности проходит по короткому участку грунтовой дороги хорошего качесва, пригодной для любого типа транспортного средства.
Расположение: Сан-Донато ин Поджио со всевозможными магазинами- 500 метров, Греве ин Кьянти-15 км, Сан-Джиминьяно- 18 км, Флоренция- 20 км, Сиена- 35 км, Пиза (аэропорт)- 95 км, Ареццо прибл. 100 км, Кортона- до 140 км, Рим- ок. 300 км.
В распоряжении гостей: большой открытый сад со столиками, зонтами и стульями, бассейн (6 х 12 м - минимальная глубина 1,2 м, максимальная глубина 1,4 м - открыт с 01/05 по 30/09) для общего пользования с шезлонгами, беседкой, зонтиками, столами и стульями, красивый парк для приятных прогулок по дорожкам, ведущим к великолепному частному озеру. Парковка на территории.
Дополнительный услуги, оплачиваемые на месте: Дополнительная кровать- € 20, - / сутки. Детская кроватка- € 10, - / в неделю. Пользование стиральной машиной (в отдельном общем помещении ) по запросу € 6, - / стирка. По желанию гостей возможность приготовления ужинов в агритуризме, а ткже дегустации сельскохозяйственной продукции (вино, Vin Santo, граппа и оливковое масло). Для этих случаев, владельцы пригласят госей в большой, специально обурудованный зал, предназначенный для ужинов и дегустаций .
Домашние животные разрешены с доплатой € 30, - / в неделю.
Апартаменты San Donato 1 и 2 могут быть арендованы вместе, открыв общую дверь, которая соединяет 2 апартамента для размещения от 10 до 14 человек.

Very good venue, lot of space for six persons. Nice pool and nice terrasse area with good large table.
Would have appreciated a coffee machine /regular one. Very difficult to get hot water for dishwashing
We stayed at Donato 2 with two families and we had a very nice time. The apartment is spacious and very nice and the pool is awesome. The only thing that would be desirable is a barbecue facility, but not absolutely necessary. San Donato itself is beautiful and the pizzeria at the Coop is recommended for little money. In San Donato we can recommend both restaurants, very tasty and great location. You can also go hiking very well, right on your doorstep.Gulia is an angel and helps with everything possible. She reserves tables, gives tips for excursions and also has good information about trips to the sea.
De host was heel vriendelijk en prima bereikbaar. San Donato is klein, maar in de omgeving is genoeg te zien. Het zwembad is top. In huis was het 's nachts best warm. De ventilator helpt wel maar maakt weer veel lawaai. Verder is het huis prima ingericht.

The property was wonderful and well maintained. Nice host and always helpful. I will definitely recommend this stay. Just for information: there is no oven.
Lovely home in a quiet part of the Tuscan countryside. The host was really welcoming and amazing at communicating, recommending us fantastic restaurants, wine tasting and tips for Florence. San Donato is 500m away, and although small, has a couple of good restaurants and bars/cafes. One thing to note that wasn’t clear from the listing is that this is the ground floor of a house.

Der Urlaub war traumhaft, ein wunderschönes Weingut, tolle Lage fussläufig zum Ort. Giulia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir sind begeistert!
Cordialità e disponibilità da parte dell host posto semplicemente incantevole
Die Besitzer haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir hatten eine tolle Woche in San Donato. In den Ort kann man zu Fuß gehen. Er ist sehr schön mit seinen alten Steinhäusern. Auch die grossen Städte der Toskana kann man schnell erreichen über die relativ nah gelegene Schnellstraße (Siena-Florenz). Zu empfehlen!

Bon séjour à San Donato. Le village est extrêmement bien situé, ayant en plus des commerces de première nécessité : banque, coop, pain, restos, tabac, pharmacie...
La villa est elle-même très bien située, un peu en retrait du village qui reste accessible à pied, jolie, comme sur les photos, au milieu des oliviers, des vignes et des cigales.. Piscine en pleine campagne avec une vue imprenable... Appartement bien fourni, bonne literie, tout est simple mais arrangé avec gout et très propre. Seul bémol, la terrasse privée de l'appartement san donato 1 est un peu dans le passage et en dessous des fenetres des propriétaires, donc il faut simplement avoir conscience que vous êtes en Agritourisme et par conséquent chez l'habitant. Néanmoins, les propriétaires sont charmants et se montrent aussi discrets que possible. Donc à conseiller !
