Thanks to the strategic position, La Poggetta allows you to reach important touristic and cultural goals like Florence, Siena and Arezzo, in less than 40 minutes.

The house is surrounded by a wide and inviting fenced garden entered by an automatic gate, with wide spaces of inviting meadows.

You can enjoy the gorgeous view on the Arno Valley and on the Pratomagno, have a wonderful evening preparing delicious foods on the barbecue, let your children play outdoors, pick from the garden and orchard fruit, lettuce, vegetables and aromatic herbs all you need to have an intense relaxing holiday.

Distances: Cavriglia (restaurants, shops, bank, bus stop etc) 1 km far, also reachable on foot.

At guests' disposal:
The large and private swimming-pool (12 x 6 meters; depth: 1.10/2.10) allows you to enjoy the warm Tuscan days.
Under the pool there is a bathroom with shower; garden area with table, chairs and deck-chairs, sun umbrella.
Air-conditioning is provided in the the bedrooms.
Inside the garden there is also a tennis-basket-volleyball court for guest's only use.

Interior Description

The house is articulated on two floors which you can reach from the garden and from the parking area through inner stairs.

Ground-floor: studio, large and comfortable furnished living-room and equipped with large fireplace and door-windows, through which the garden is accessed.
On the same floor you find the wide kitchen with all comforts (microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher) with direct access to the patio (large and covered barbecue, table, chairs) and the large dining-room, 1 lumber-room with freezer, washing machine. There is also a bathroom with shower near the entrance.

First floor 4 bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Two rooms have private bathroom with shower; a third bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi is reached from the corridor. All rooms have windows directly on the garden.
